Following our acceptance of the order and receipt of deposit the customer will receive confirmation of build, which will include details of any bespoke work. Once this has been approved, a build schedule is issued which will indicate a delivery period. Normal build time is six to ten weeks. Two weeks before the delivery period we contact the customer to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for installation. We then expect the balance of payment.

Delivery installation and servicing are carried out either by our own personnel, who may well be the person who built the clock, or through local agents who are trained and qualified. As we install clocks all over the world the price of each delivery is quoted separately.

In some cases, our clocks are available for home delivery and assembly. The clocks are despatched by courier with easy to follow instructions on how to assemble your timepiece. We will arrange for the return, recycling or disposal of the packaging materials.
